Individuals and firms providing condominium management services on and after November 1, 2017 will be required to apply for a licence online between November 1, 2017 and January 29, 2018. If an application is not received by January 29, you will not be able to continue to legally provide condominium management services.
Depending on past experiences and education in condominium management, individual condominium managers should apply for 1 of 3 licences: General Licence, Transitional General Licence or Limited Licence.

Each class of licence is subject to four annual fees. These fees are the primary source of revenue for CMRAO and must be collected to ensure that CMRAO has the resources to comply with the Act and recover from all operating costs.
