Accepting complaints against licensed condominium managers is a key component of the CMRAO’s consumer protection mandate. The CMRAO receives an average of 60 complaints per month. This webinar is an opportunity to learn what happens once a complaint comes in, to the moment that the file is closed.

As a newly delegated regulatory body, the CMRAO protects consumers in Ontario’s complex and rapidly growing condo industry. Regulation means condo management companies and individual condo managers will be licensed, meet minimum education requirements and comply with a code of ethics.
